3. Listen to a sample of audio poems.

Ordering

Click into Shop text link, and add items for purchase into the shopping cart.

Click onto Checkout and a registration form appears.

Complete the form including providing us with a value Email Address and Password.

If you are paying (£ sterling) by CREDIT / DEBIT CARD you will be directed to the Paypal site when you have confirmed your order.

An email will confirm your order is processed and the goods will be despatched by a ‘High-Value Delivery Service‘.

Alternative methods of payment (low-value orders) of payment are available by Cheque, Email or Phone.

Volume Order Discounts

We offer a standard discount on large orders that exceed the following amounts:

Orders over £20 - 5% discount

Order over £50 - 7.5% discount

Oders over £100 - 10% discount

Discounts are applied during the checkout process after you have selected your preferred shipping and payment methods.

Shipping

Shipping is charged as follows:

0 - 200 grams - £1.25

201 grams - 500 grams - £2.25

501 grams - 1 kilogram - £3.00

each additional 250 grams - £0.75

Credit Card information is fully encrypted by all vendors as it travels over the internet. Paypal accepts all major Credit / Debit Cards and uses bank-approved software ( Secure Socket Layer ).

Returns Policy

If you have to return an item, phone Bish on 0161 881 6202 or email info@bisharts.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your reply, explain why you are not satisfied with the Purchase.

When goods have been returned to Bish Art Enterprises, 5 Booth Road, Old Trafford, Manchester M16 9RX in the same condition as received, a refund will be granted to your account.

Your right to return Goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk.
